Scott Wright worked with CARITAS Honduras and the Archdiocese of San Salvador during the civil war in El Salvador, accompanying refugees and displaced peoples in areas of conflict. He is the former director of the Ecumenical Program on Central America and the Caribbean (EPICA), a faith-based organization working for justice and peace in the hemisphere. He served on the National Council of Pax Christi USA, and received a Master of Divinity degree from the Washington Theological Union, with a concentration in mission and cross-cultural studies. He lives with his family in Maryland.
